Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online options. All prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. In the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule your cruise. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Cruise Inclusions
Each cruise includes the services listed in the description such as boat, crew, drinks, snacks, and any gear or extras mentioned. Please read the details carefully to know what is included in your chosen cruise.

Arrival and Departure
Guests are expected to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may miss the cruise without a refund.

Weather and Safety
All cruises depend on weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsafe, the cruise may be changed or cancelled. Safety equipment is available on board and must be used when instructed. Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
